Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Travel Hockey
Once the season has started refunds are at the discretion of the BAHL. Reasons for refunds may included, but not be limited to injury, moving away, or other special circumstances. The BAHL reserves the right to ask questions to determine whether a refund will be issued. The BAHL will not issue refunds if the account is past due or if it relates to an athlete being disciplined or otherwise suspended from the club or league.
Girls Hockey
Once the season has started refunds are at the discretion of the BAHL. Reasons for refunds may included, but not be limited to injury, moving away, or other special circumstances. The BAHL reserves the right to ask questions to determine whether a refund will be issued. The BAHL will not issue refunds if the account is past due or if it relates to an athlete being disciplined or otherwise suspended from the club or league.
Learn to Skate
Once session has started only 50% is refundable, if more than 2 weeks have past 0% is refundable. No shows are non refundable. Request to cancel within 1 week of the start of the session is only 75% refundable.
LEARN TO PLAY
Refunds for our Learn to Play program will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the Hockey Program Director.
BAHL Alumni
Non-refundable.
BAHL AMBASSADOR
Fee is non-refundable.
BSHS Magic City Showdown
Non-refundable if canceling only 2 weeks prior to the start date.
House League

The deposit of $500 is non-refundable if canceling with only 2 weeks prior to tournament start date.
