WHAT DOES A TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR DO?
The role of the tournament director is to help coordinate, organize, delegate, and execute all the needs related to tournaments and other special events for age groups. The tournament director should not do all of the work themselves; they should work with the team managers and together ensure that we have successful tournaments and special events.
